• You want business cards?  Of course you should want them to pass out to people.  We designed the professional forms to get you there very fast.  Just place the "business card paper" (card paper type is shown in the help section of the program) in your printer and it's that easy.  I once had a taxidermist tell me...why do I need that I just order 1000 cards and I'm set for life.  My response..."What happens when you change your business phone number, or you move, or you add in an employee, etc.???  The point is with the business card forms you are now really set for life.  And, if you don't want to use one of the auto-generating forms you can create your own business card with the graphics you desire and use our custom business card form.  Even allows you to print on the back of the business card if you want to create a map to your shop or create a coupon.  NEVER again will you need to buy business cards in bulk that cost more than this program itself.

• Tired of getting those birds coming into your shop looking like a feather pillow?  We have generated all the brochures necessary to accommodate each situation.  All you have to do is plop a few pictures in, your name and phone number.  These are tri-fold brochures, print them on glossy text paper or have them at your shop or pass them out.  We even created extra forms so you can add more if you want.  Print on both sides of the paper (2 for one).  Deer hunters love these, they put them in their glove compartment, when it comes time to read for advise, guess whose name and phone number they are going to see on the brochure.

• We designed a merchandise shopping cart for your customers.  Whether walk in customer or online ordering we have your business point of sales covered and you don't even need a cash register to print professional sales receipts.  Studio12 has all that.  Those that have purchased our products from our shop know exactly how professional these are and are very pleased when they get a receipt with their order.  They just don't know how fast we can place their order...in under a minute from start to finish (now you know).  If you really want to expand your sales of products we designed a merchandise catalog.  A large version or you can create a booklet-style catalog right from your own printer whenever requested.  You don't need one of the fancy duplex printers, we engineered a way to print both sides without getting the pages mixed up.  Don't overlook this feature in your business...there are always items to sell for every outdoors person that crosses your path.

•  A lot of times when you send out products or need to mail a letter you spend a little time filling in the addresses on the envelope.  Don't waste your energy or time doing that when you have the software.  Simply open up the label generator select the customer/or supplier/tanner, etc., highlight all those that apply...place your label paper in your printer and the rest is history.  Now you have professional looking mail labels in mere seconds.  You hand-write 50 envelopes...I'll press a button, get the picture?
   
• Let's talk a quick minute on advertising.  Really there is no debate, your quality alone won't carry you and every business that is successful has at the very least started with some form of advertising.  We created a few tasks that will help in keeping standing tall with your customers you just need to have an email account to process the information.  First, we have what is called an electronic flyer. Just add a few pictures and text of your choice and you can send it off to as many customers as you wish.  Next we created a Newsletter, this can be something you may want to process out quarterly.  Let your customers know you are thinking of them.  Provide them with some tips about fishing (where they are catching), hunting (what not to forget at deer camp), whatever you deem fit?  Then you selected your customer list email address(s) copy and paste into your email and send away a .pdf file of your information.  This puts your taxidermy shop in the fore-front.  This is the information age, take advantage of it.

• Okay, let us turn to the "real" taxidermy features and what makes this software best in class!  One feature we have is called Tanner Batch.  This is basically a shopping cart that allows you to choose the tanner of your choice.  Add items that you will be processing out to the Tanner and wait until you are ready to process these items to the tanner.  You can have different items going to different Tanners.  A pick list (packing slip) will generate for you with all your information.  Multiple tanner choices will bucket into those specified tanners so you'll get multiple packing lists depending on how many tanners are getting items.  This is just one of the reasons we say the software is revolutionary.  Speed increased, cost decreased, now your getting ahead. 

• We have all your financial record keeping taken care of.  No need for those clunky accounting programs or cheesy spreadsheets you are trying to use.  We won't even throw names out at those multi-million dollar companies you may own software from.  We will say they don't fit the taxidermy industry, but if you like wearing a big shoe so be it (relaying the "one size fits all" axiom).  The Finance module is even equipped with optional password protection for all you power studios out there.  Those taxidermists currently running our software that requested it and tested it in 2010.  We're listening!
